Another little BTS moment from the ZE JAMAE corner.

I’m slowly getting everything ready — finishing pieces, checking the little details, preparing what needs to be prepared… and trying not to panic along the way. 😂

The first ZE JAMAE collection is getting closer, and I’m hoping to finally open for orders as early as the 2nd week of September! ✨

Still a few things to sort out before I can say “okay, we’re ready!” 😅

But for now…

Little by little, it’s all coming together. 🧵🩷

Behind the scenes, there’s a lot happening — cutting, sewing, organizing, checking details, making samples, and of course… fixing the things that didn’t quite go as planned. 😂

I’m slowly getting everything ready for the first ZE JAMAE launch this September. ✨

There’s still plenty to do, but seeing all these little pieces come together makes me so excited (and a little nervous! 😅).

What started as a hobby is slowly becoming something I can finally share with you.

Behind every little thing is a little bit of chaos. 😂🧵🤎

This tiny corner is where a lot of my ZE JAMAE experiments, mistakes, late-night ideas, fabric scraps, and “okay, let me try this one more time” moments happen.

What started as a sewing hobby is slowly turning into something a little more than that.

I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes — making samples, testing different fabrics, preparing materials, figuring out what I want to make, and slowly building my first little collection.

And now… I think I can finally say it:

ZE JAMAE is getting ready. 👀✨

I’m hoping to have the first pieces ready to share with you this September.

Not a big launch. Not a huge collection.

Just a few handmade things, made carefully from my little corner of the house — and hopefully the beginning of something I’ve been wanting to build for a while.

So if you’ve been seeing all those little sewing projects lately…

there’s more coming. 🤎

A little something for the colorful ones. 🌈🧵

These colorful lanyards started as another little sewing experiment, but the more I made them, the more I thought… these could actually be something!

Made with fun, colorful fabrics and designed with kids in mind, these would be perfect for carrying their school ID, access card, or anything they need to keep close and easy to find. 🤎

I’m keeping these bright, playful, and simple — because who says school essentials have to be boring? 😄

And guess what?

This might be the first ZE JAMAE item that will actually be available for purchase! 👀✨

I only have a limited number of hardware pieces to work with for now, so I’ll be making a small batch first and hopefully have them ready sometime next month.

If all goes well, the little sales from this first batch will help me get more materials and hardware to keep making more. 🥹🧵

A little ZE JAMAE surprise is heading to school today. 🧵🤎

A few handmade little things are making their way to my kids’ school — just some small samples to share with their classmates and let a few more people discover ZE JAMAE.

These pieces are not for sale just yet. I’m still working on building my little collection, practicing, experimenting, and figuring out what I’d love to make more of.

But this feels like a small step forward. ✨

And honestly… this whole idea started because my kids have been proudly telling their classmates about the things their mom makes. 😂🤎 So I guess I had no choice but to let them bring a few along!

A little pop of color from denim scraps. 🌈🧵

I wanted to see what I could create by mixing different pieces of denim, and this little mini wallet came out of that experiment.

Small, colorful, and just the right size for a few cards or little essentials. 🤎

I’m slowly learning that even the smallest pieces of leftover fabric can turn into something useful — and honestly, that’s one of the things I’m enjoying most about this sewing journey.

Another little experiment that turned out better than I expected. ✨

The one I’ve been wanting to make. 🤎

This denim pouch is actually the project I had in mind when I first started thinking about turning my sewing hobby into something more.

I’ve always liked the idea of giving old denim jeans and clothes a new life — turning something that might otherwise be forgotten into something useful again. 🧵♻️

After practicing with my pattern and making a few samples, I finally took the chance to make my first proper denim version.

And honestly… I’m so happy with how it turned out. 🥹

This is the kind of piece I’ve been wanting to create, and I’m really excited to start making more and hopefully share them with you very soon.

This might just be where the ZE JAMAE journey really begins. 🤍

Sometimes, the best little projects are the ones that weren’t even part of the plan. 🤍

These f***y bags were actually made out of curiosity — my husband wanted one, so I thought, why not try making it myself? 😄

One turned into a couple… and then I even made a mini version. And somewhere along the way, I realized these might actually become something worth making more of.

So, what started as a little experiment may soon become part of the ZE JAMAE collection. 🧵✨

I’m still working on the details and practicing to get them just right, but I think these ones deserve a little more attention.

My very first pouches. 🤍

These were another little project which was started as well with whatever fabric I had on hand, took my time with the details, and learned a little more with every piece I made.

There were flaws, but these first pouches are a reminder of where this little journey started—and how much I’ve already learned along the way.

Now I’m working on the next ones, trying new fabrics, improving the little details, and slowly preparing for what’s coming next. 🧵✨

A little something made from the heart. 🤍

These scrunchies started as one of my little sewing projects while I was learning, experimenting, and finding my way around my sewing machine.

I practiced with a few using fabric I had on hand, taking my time with each piece and figuring things out along the way. After a few trials, these were the first ones I made that I was happy enough to photograph and share.

They’re not perfect - and that’s exactly what makes these first handmade pieces so special to me.
