Tropical Floristry, Designed with Intention. 🧡
Tropical inspired floristry is not about simply using exotic flowers. It’s about understanding form, movement, proportion, and space and bringing those elements together with intention.
For this corporate arrangement, I wanted the design to feel architectural yet organic, using the strong lines of Bird of Paradise and tropical foliage to create movement and direction.
The softer forms of roses, carnations, gerbera, hydrangea, and thistle introduce contrast, while the trailing amaranthus adds a natural flow that breaks away from the structured silhouette.
Every stem has a role some create the framework, some establish the focal points, and others simply guide the eye through the arrangement.
The goal was to create a design that feels luxurious without being overworked, tropical without being too literal, and corporate without losing the artistry of floristry.
Good floral design isn’t about how many flowers you use.
It’s about knowing why each flower belongs there.
