Our design proposal for one of our latest modern authentic projects in Abudhabi.
The residential villa is considered as a private sanctuary of a modern Emirati family , inspired from the palms environment and the kind soul of the home owners.
The design language is speaking modernity twisted with heritage experience .From the grand foyer, lobby, main 8 mtrs lounge , passing by the ground floor facilities of family kitchen , stairs and washes, along with the guest zones of grand majlis and indoor outdoor dining.

Where modern life style meets the originality of the neighborhood.

Spaces were balanced with smooth circulations to provide better flow and indoor outdoor views with a privacy at the same time.
Main areas like the foyer, main majlis, dining hall and tv lounge were connected with the accents color theme.
