Sunday morning little rituals 🌿 Do you have any that help you recharge for the week ahead?
Here are a few of mine (sometimes all, sometimes just one or two): lemon water, deep breathing and stretching, reading, walks, sunlight, journaling, prayer, smiling, hugs.
Lately I’ve also added audiobooks and podcasts while preparing meals for the day, gentle back strength training, cold showers and movements to support the lymphatic system + vagus nerve.
and always… reminding myself to pause, breathe, enjoy the moment (or find one thing that is good if that moment is not very pleasant) and be grateful ☺️
