Stepping to a new day be like 😎
Today I am a winner! It took me almost 10 months to stay for my rights and pride! I won the labour case and this is another example of resiliance amd strength! As one of my very best friend and family said : " You strive to be positive and you work to thrive wherever you are or whatever you do!" ❤
Do not give up and follow your true North!
Do not let others to downgrade you and disrespect! Everything will be paid back at the end...
PS: I am not advertising Starbucks)))) slowly switching from coffee to tea😆

What a week!!🙈😄
Probably most of the employees here in the region enjoy Ramadan for its reduced working hours and rushing home to sleep early afternoon 🤗 I was hoping to get some rest too! BUT .... the first week of this Holy Month was blessed with many meetings, presentations and workload!
Today summing up the progress and accomplishments, I want to say THANK YOU for my own self and for same minded people who surround me! We did great job! I had to introduce Performance Management to my team and needless to say, I felt nervous since I know that not everyone will welcome any new changes coming our way. I'm working on my public speaking skills, yet I realized how important is the energy, the drive and believe in what you are saying is important!
When you say what you genuily believe, and you sparkle from the enthusiasm you are sharing, the success will fall on you!

I want to share a little bit of happiness, unconditional happiness that everyone carries within our own selves but we tend to forget about it quite often!
Two hours on a highway and i reached my destination in the capital! I don't come to Abu Dhabi any longer but when I reached here today, I recalled so many great memories and people that I met here. Someone has already moved back home, but someone has moved here for a new, hopefully better beginnings.
It is absolutely different from Doooobai and what I like most about Abu Dhabi, is it's peaceful, quite, more relaxed pace. Enjoy the beauty of happy memories that you carry in your heart❤
PS. I feel like a monkey in the shop! crazy Dooobai chic, with always "on a rush" mode and speed driving, sorry Abu Dhabi folks I'm gonna leave soon😄😄🙈🤗

Success from Inside Out, not the Outside In....
Don't put new wine to an old bottle...Have you realized that all those efforts of positive thinking and affirmations are not effective unless you change the self perception? We can't use "positive thinking" to the same old self-image
Once you change the concept of self, the rest things consistent with the new self are accomplished easily without any strain
