β’ Chicken (Β½ kg) π
β’ Oil (3 tbsp)
β’ Onions (2, cube cut) π§
β’ Capsicum/Shimla Mirch (2, cube cut) π«
β’ Ginger Garlic Paste (1 tbsp) π§
β’ Green Chillies (4β5) πΆοΈ
β’ Red Chilli Powder (1 tsp)
β’ Black Pepper Powder (1 tsp)
β’ Coriander Powder (1 tsp)
β’ Turmeric (Β½ tsp)
β’ Ketchup (2 tbsp) π
β’ Tomato Paste (1 tbsp)
β’ Chili Sauce (1 tbsp) πΆοΈ
β’ Soy Sauce (1 tbsp)
β’ Cumin Powder (1 tsp)
β’ Garam Masala (1 tsp)
β’ Water (Β½ cup) π§
β’ Tomato (1, cube cut) π

π©βπ³ Method π₯β¨
1οΈβ£ Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry cube-cut onions and capsicum for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2οΈβ£ In the same pan, add 2 tbsp oil and fry chicken for 2 minutes until it turns white.
3οΈβ£ Add ginger garlic paste and cook well.
4οΈβ£ Once chicken starts releasing water, add green chillies, red chilli powder, black pepper, coriander powder and turmeric. Mix thoroughly.
5οΈβ£ Add ketchup, tomato paste, chili sauce and soy sauce. Stir well.
6οΈβ£ Add cumin powder and garam masala, then bhunao for 2 minutes.
7οΈβ£ Pour in half cup water, cover and cook on low flame for 7β8 minutes until chicken becomes tender.
8οΈβ£ Add cube-cut tomato and cook for 1 minute.
9οΈβ£ Return the fried onions and capsicum to the pan and mix everything together.
π Cook for another 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
