First the vision, then the details. Watching a raw space transform into something full of life.

So instead of creating the whole ceiling , we built a perimeter bulkhead around the edges. Just 10 cm was enough to route around the AC duct and sprinklers, integrate smooth ambient lighting and downlights, and leave the center untouched to keep the space feeling open and at its original height.

Small decision, but it's what makes a space feel right instead of just looking fine.

Site visits can feel overwhelming — not because there isn’t enough happening, but because there’s so much happening at once.

For us, a site visit is about more than checking progress. It’s about understanding how the design is translating on site, coordinating the details, and making sure every decision is moving the project forward.

Every stage connects to the next. From the groundwork and staircase to the ceiling and MEP details, each decision affects what comes after.

A little look at the process behind one of our ongoing projects.

Behind the scenes of our London project.

So much of great design happens long before the finished look—it’s in the hidden work under the floorboards and behind the walls. We’re currently stripping things back and setting the foundation for what’s to come.

Opening up a classic UK property is always a unique experience. The original craftsmanship and structural standards are completely different from how we build today—there's an incredible level of strength in these old buildings. Seeing how they were constructed decades ago and carefully adapting them for modern living is one of the most fascinating parts of what we do.

Which stage of a property transformation do you enjoy watching most?

Designing an industrial exhibit is about more than putting up walls and displays—it’s about bringing the product to life and letting people experience it up close.

For , we made the exhibition space part of the experience:

🔌 Suspended Display: Built integrated wall cutouts allowing heavy-duty power cables and connectors to hang vertically, letting visitors see their flexibility and build up close.
💎 See-Through Glass Flooring: Raised clear glass floor panels that reveal real-time cable runs and under-floor connections beneath your feet.
💙 Illuminated Tech Bays: Custom neon blue-lit rack enclosures to give power distribution units a sharp, high-tech glow.

Every design begins with the right mood board. For this bathroom concept, we paired warm oak laminate cabinetry with cream stone countertops, beige textured wall tiles, and brushed brass fixtures to create an elevated atmosphere.

The original space vs Render visual for the kitchen concept at Standpoint Towers, Downtown Dubai.

In open-plan studio apartments, the kitchen sets the tone for the entire living area. We replaced the heavy, orange-toned veneer cabinetry and dated granite and accessories.

Integrated appliances and streamlined storage keep visual clutter to an absolute minimum while blending the kitchen naturally into the main living zone.

stay tuned to see this turn into reality!
