In the events of any damage resulting from the delivery, please do the finger dance and contact us, we will resolve the problem to your satisfaction. cknowledge that the terms & conditions included with each product constitute the contract between sa led lighting and the buyer for the provision of products. Whilst all care is given, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional. WARRANTY
We are thankful for all buyers who purchased from sa led lighting, that’s why sa led lighting shows respect by offering 1 year warranty to all lighting items & 24 months warranty for CREE items. If items is damaged, faulty or items show symptoms of operation failure. Buyers will receive a replacement product or parts, a full or partial refund. In the circumstances where sa led lighting is requested to send back the damaged products, a replacement will be sent to buyers after the returned product is received. The damaged products will not be used as rehabilitation. All replacement products are under brand new conditions with the same warranty as the returned products. Gift are not covered by warranty. NO PO BOX sorry!! We use Australia Post to deliver to Australia. Items will only be despatched after payment is cleared within 1 – 2 business day. It is buyers’ responsibility to check the accuracy of the delivery address. Delivery time is estimated by Australia Post and may vary, depends on the size of the items and destination. Please understand that sa led lighting cannot guarantee delivery times and cannot be held responsible for any delays outside of our control. PAYMENT

Return policy details: 1. The item has been strictly checked and packaged in good condition before shipping.
2. If the item is defected and damaged in the process of postage, we will replace a same item for you within 30 days of purchase at our discretion. But you must contact us first within 72 hours after you receive the item, aslo show us the proof of damage.
3. Buyers must prepay return shipping charges and return with original package.
4. We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances.
