Black mould and organic growth can quickly make an otherwise well-maintained building look tired, stained and neglected.
The Surf Coast’s coastal air, shade and damp conditions create an ideal environment for mould, mildew and algae to develop on render, painted walls, weatherboards, eaves and other exterior surfaces. Left untreated, the staining can become progressively more difficult to remove.
Sea Sweep uses a controlled soft-washing process to treat organic growth at its source and gently rinse away the contamination. We select the cleaning method to suit the surface rather than relying on excessive pressure that could damage paintwork, render, seals or surrounding materials.
