Someone has to do the testing… 🤣

I converted a recommended old butter cake recipe for a friend to work in the TM6 and gave it a trial run today. I started with a reliable recipe, “Thermified” it, and I’m pretty happy with the result!

I’ve also converted it for the TM7, although I haven’t test-cooked that version yet. The only real difference is that with the TM6 you add the eggs through the hole in the lid, whereas with the TM7 no lid hole, so straight into the bowl all at once.

If you’d like a copy of the recipe for your Thermomix, just comment below with which model you have (TM31, TM5, TM6 or TM7) and I’ll send the correct version to you. 😊 Feel free to tag someone who might like the recipe as well.

Some afternoons just leave you feeling absolutely thrilled… and today is one of those days!

As many of you know, I’m soon stepping into a Team Leader role and growing a Thermomix team. Today was one of those days that reminded me why I love helping people succeed.

🎉 One of my new Team Members helped a customer trade up from a TM5 to a TM7 — her very first happy customer!

🎉 I spent time with another Team Member working on how to maximise her time, work smart and provide exceptional customer service. We both walked away feeling re-energised, focused, and excited about the plan ahead.This lady has come back to bring a consultant after a break away doing other things. Her wealth of knowledge and tips gathered over many years of Thermomixing is ours to share with you- and the food… mmm

🎉 My third new Team Member has her first demo on Friday. She’s been a passionate Thermomix user for years and now has her brand-new TM7 to share. She has so many tips, ideas and experiences to pass on, and I know she’ll love every minute of it.

🎉My fourth has really embraced having her TM7 and makes delicious and creative meals . This past year she’s been learning all about cooking this way. Her superpower is connecting and cooking live or making great videos showing how easy it is to cook healthy and delicious food for a family.

🎉 And there’s more! Another customer is preparing to join the team as a Consultant with her new TM7. As a passionate cook and dinner-party entertainer, I can’t wait to see what she creates. I have a feeling there will be some amazing inspiration coming our way.

What excites me most is seeing people grow in confidence, achieve goals, and share something they genuinely love with others.

And we’re not finished yet! I still have room for a couple more people who would like to be part of this supportive, encouraging team as we build something special together.

Fresh rolls? On a Tuesday night? Absolutely!

Admittedly, the soup was stashed in the freezer, so bonus points for making extra last time. These rolls are one of my favourite quick wins – no oven preheating needed. Just mix, prove for 30 minutes, shape and bake.

I reckon the hands-on time was less than 5 minutes. The rest happened while I sent emails, made calls, tackled a few miscellaneous jobs I’d been meaning to get to all day, and heated up the soup.

There’s something very satisfying about pulling warm, fresh rolls out of the oven on a weeknight without spending the evening in the kitchen. 😊🍞🥣
