Happy new year! What a year 2024 was, I feel like it zoomed by. How was your Christmas and New Year? My dad surprised us, arriving here two days before Christmas from the uk. It’s been such a special time.

2025 is shaping up to be a very exciting time for our little design studio! With some incredibly special projects being completed in both Armdiale and Orange, and some very special projects starting both locally and in Queensland; a mix of both new build homes and restorations. Working with my incredible clients, creating special places for them to call home, really lights me up. I feel so honoured to work with every one of you ~ thank you.

Thank you so much to all the trades, craftsman & suppliers that I work with to create these beautiful spaces. I know 2024 was really tough for many of you, but we made it! I’ll be working with some new builders and suppliers this year, I can’t wait to create some more magic 💫

2025 also sees me taking on an educators role with which I am so excited about. In my course ‘Energies of Home’ I’ll be teaching you about the energetic principles that have become the basis of my design practise ~ putting theory into practise, we will be looking at classical design, wabi-sabi and Feng shui philosophies and relating these to the energetics of your own home so you can improve your own spaces. More details on how to book in for term 1 will be coming soon.

This little boys room coming together 👏
The poster of art work ‘Boy’ by Alexej von Jawlensky will be reframed professionally, and a blind created in this deep forest green. It will really pop again the sublime blue of the walls 💫

What an incredible collaboration to be a part of x collaborated to create a set of four plates that represent our incredible beef industry.

Designed in green, blue, pink & yellow and are available to purchase now. Bravo to the beef board for bringing this collaboration to fruition. Such a beautiful & impactful way to celebrate & memorise people in the beef industry, cementing a stronger connection from paddock-to-plate.

My cup always overflows when I have the opportunity to work alongside incredibly talented and creative people. thank you for your insane photography skills and to for her professional food preparation & skill in presenting the dishes. Our fabulous models .packer thank you for putting up with me moving you & the table around to get the perfect shots 😅

What an absolute honour it was to have the fabulous team choose my bamboo table lamps for their beautiful project in Mount Macedon last year, and now, to have them published by really is a pinch me moment.

I designed these tables lamps in 2018, determined to create something that was not only a beautiful pop of colour for your homes, that was not only designed in regional Australia but most importantly hand crafted in regional Australia. I am incredibly proud to say that they are all handmade & constructed right here in Armidale!

Thank you and Maria for your love & support. I am always so inspired by your designs and the team you have created Charlotte, love all of your girls. The home you have created here is truly magnificent. What lucky clients! And what a dream to see my beautiful lamps added to such a stunning room 🤩

This crafty afternoon will include a beautiful British style afternoon tea with delicious cake 🍰 & tea 🫖

Do you struggle figuring out what colour to choose to decorate your home? Your not alone. There is so much choice and opinion about what colours are in or out, what colour works best in certain rooms etc. I’m going to tell you a secret, it’s all just noise.

My Colour Clairty consultation allows you to really discover what colours are right for you, it’s a personalised colour book based on your colour memories and my knowledge in colour theory & psychology. It’s a completely immersive experience and I highly recommend doing one with me before visiting the paint store!

You’ll go through my unique colour memory process and will come out with a personalised colour book that cuts through all the noise, it will also include design ideas to integrate the colour into your home. It’s such a beautiful experience and I promise it will give you clarity and confidence to decorate your home.

I have something exciting to share!

I’ve started sharing my design notes, inspiration and daily musings on a digital platform called it’s part blog, part newsletter. It’s a place for creatives, writers and well anyone really to share long beautiful words & still images.

It feels so much more connected than many social media platforms are today, so please come and find me on this new platform. I promise I only write when I feel really compelled to and hopefully that means it’s always meaningful and purposeful.
