Just an introvert trying to make it in an extroverted world 🥹🫶🏻
Online, she’s bubbly. Confident. Always “on.”
Posting daily. Smiling on stories. Talking on reels like it’s effortless.
In real life? I’m a shy, self-conscious introvert who genuinely loves being at home in my little safe bubble. I keep a small circle, get overwhelmed easily, and recharge in quiet spaces. I overthink everything I say. Public speaking? Terrifying. Socialising? I’m rehearsing my sentence in my head first 😅
But as a small business owner, I have to show up. I have to be visible. Confident. Full of life. The talking reels you’re watching? I’ve hyped myself up for 20 minutes and recorded them 1000 times before I finally press post.
The truth is.. I love what I do. I love creating. I love editing videos. I love bringing ideas to life. I love meeting you and connecting with you. That part feels natural to me.
It’s just the talking bit that’s not my strong suit… yet.
And I know I’ll build that confidence over time. Growth isn’t instant.. it’s practiced, uncomfortable, and very real.
Social media is a highlight reel. You’re seeing the brave moments not the nerves behind them.
