Hand Over Day Done Correctly 🏡🔑🍷

A pretty special way to finish off Ash & Marian’s new home in Avoca.

To celebrate, we took them out to one of our favourite local w**eries, Summerfield, for a few w**es , pizza and a great afternoon together. 🍷

For us, building a home has never just been about the money or getting to the next job. You spend months working alongside your clients, solving problems, sharing plenty of stories and getting to know each other along the way.

We’ve genuinely loved building Ash & Marian’s first home, and I’ve personally really enjoyed all the chats and advice they’ve shared with me throughout the build.

It was great to put the tools down, celebrate what we’ve achieved together and enjoy some of what our local Pyrenees region has to offer.

A little bit of history going into a brand-new home! 🏡🙌

These old doors came out of the Amphitheatre Primary School and have already seen well over 150 years of life.

Our client has cleaned them up beautifully, and we’re putting the same doors, with the original hinges, into their new strawbale home at Redbank. 🔨🌾

Same doors. Same hinges. Brand-new home.

🏡 Homebush Road – From Old Shed to Backyard Studio 🌿✨

What was once an old backyard shed has been transformed into a beautiful new self-contained studio, and it’s coming together incredibly well. 🔨👌

Finished in Monument Matt cladding with warm Merbau timber detailing and decking, the darker exterior works beautifully against the natural timber. 🖤🌳

These clients are avid gardeners, so as the gardens establish around the studio, it’s going to blend beautifully into the existing property and feel right at home amongst the greenery. 🌱🪴🌸

💡 FUN FACT: Victoria’s new small second home rules mean eligible projects like this can bypass the usual council planning permit process, making the pathway from concept to construction much more streamlined. 🚀
Building permit and applicable building requirements still apply.

A great way to add a completely separate, functional living space while making better use of the backyard. 🏡

The new FormFlow corrugated cladding has completely changed the look, giving it a clean, modern finish while ensuring it’ll stand the test of time. 👌

We recently completed the footings for this incredible container home project — set in one of the most magical locations you could imagine. This build will feature around 15 shipping containers all coming together to create a truly unique custom home, complete with a full house slab integrated within the container structure.

Massive site prep, precision set-out, and plenty of hard work have gone into getting this project ready for the next stage. Excited to watch this one come to life. 🔥
