Banana Bread 🍌

I may be biased, but this Banana Bread genuinely tastes like something you’d buy from a café ☕

It’s perfectly moist, packed with real bananas and with that beautiful golden top that makes it impossible to stop at just one slice.

One of my favourite things about making it in the TM7 is how quickly it comes together. A few simple ingredients, a couple of minutes of prep, and the hardest part is waiting for it to cool enough to slice!

Serve it warm on its own, with a little butter, or alongside a coffee for the ultimate afternoon treat.

I do make a few tweaks and don’t add as much butter or sugar when I make it, and I bake it lower on 150C.

Friday Flashback!! 📸

Flashback to my daughter’s 5th Birthday last month. I baked and decorated her cake myself. There’s something so special about making my kids birthday cakes each year.

The brief: Gymnastics and rainbow 🤸🌈

Safe to say the cake was a hit with the kids and adults alike!

I used Tigga Mac’s recipes from her book titled: Tigga Mac’s Cake Hacks, in my TM7 and they worked a treat! Be sure to follow Tigga for more cake inspo!

Beef Lasagna

If you’ve never made lasagna from scratch in your Thermomix, this is your sign! 🙌

The Chunky Bolognese creates a rich, flavour-packed meat sauce, while the No Fail Béchamel is exactly that… no fail! 🤍

Layer it all together, top with cheese, and let the oven do the rest. Comfort food at its finest and perfect for feeding the whole family.

Every time I cook it, I remember why it’s one of my favourite recipes. Rich and full of flavour and the perfect comfort meal.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups - my way!

Over the weekend Mr 11 and I made these Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups in the TM7. We used the Cookidoo recipe as a base recipe but with my little twist that takes them to another level.

The filling is the classic dreamy peanut butter centre, but I’ve folded through a good amount of Rice Bubbles to add a light crunch and extra texture. It gives that soft but crisp bite that makes each cup a little more interesting and honestly so bit addictive! Set inside smooth chocolate, they hit that perfect sweet and salty balance.

A simple upgrade, but it makes a big difference. It’s still a 5 star Cookidoo favourite, just with a bit more personality!

Next I want to try them with the nut free peanut butter so they’re school snack friendly.

These slow cooked beef cheeks in the TM7 are next-level good. They’re fall-apart tender, packed full of flavour and the kind of meal that makes everyone go back for seconds.

The best part? My TM7 quietly did its thing while I tackled the rest of today’s chaos 🤯

Dani Valent’s Basque Cheesecake

Mother’s Day called for something a little bit special, so I decided to make this Dani Valent’s Basque Cheesecake and WOW 🤍

Perfectly burnt on top, ridiculously creamy in the middle, and honestly one of those desserts that makes everyone go quiet after the first bite ✨

It’s one of those recipes that feels fancy but the TM7 makes it so incredibly easy.
