More of KELAPA HOUSE!

For this project, we carefully brought together old and new, keeping the existing layout and retaining elements of the bathroom and laundry that still have plenty of life in them, while giving the space a fresh feel and making it truly feel like home for our clients.

Although the new spaces have some glimpses of its past, but you won’t believe the before and after! 👀

KELAPA HOUSE is in the final stages of selections as we prepare to wrap up the design documentation and move into Project Support.

This optional stage offers a little extra support before and during construction, with a flexible scope tailored to each client and project. It can include coordinating orders, working with suppliers, attending site visits, confirming plumbing locations and fixture heights, reviewing tile set-outs, identifying defects.. and much more!

Working directly with your chosen builder and suppliers, we help keep the process clear and connected, giving you confidence that the details we’ve carefully designed together are carried through to the finished home.

We are so excited to watch KELAPA HOUSE come to life ❤️

The materials, the renders and the finished space at our HAZELNUT Project. Renders are an integral part of our process as we take your selected materials and show you what these look like in your space. It’s so helpful for clients to visualise the full picture and helps make decisions surrounding project direction early in the process, through to small tweaks and fine tuning towards the end of a project.
