Hello strangers! It's been a quiet year for me on the creative front. I did do that thing in February for the women's memorial project and I just found a video. It's unedited. I hope you enjoy. 😘

I'm excited to share I have donated the proceeds of $250 from the Women's Memorial Project to Sunshine Bendigo. If you have any spare money today (last day of this FY), I encourage you to donate to this worthy organisation supporting families in Bendigo.

Sunshine Bendigo needs ongoing financial assistance from the community to support the Centre’s growth for the future.

'Shakey Ground' by Kylie and the Pickles
The last video and a song I absolutely love, 'Shakey Ground' by Kylie and the Pickles at the Livin in the 70s gig on 12 October 2024. Players - lead guitar - Ross Perry, rhythm guitar - Roy Webb, bass guitar - Chris Jobson, keys - Mathew Underwood and drums - Whammo Ian. Joining us on stage is Chris Green on trumpet and Yvonne Reither on percussion.

yep...Using a simpler editing software for now. Some sound issues - its live, its free, it's outside and you just do it, hey!

'Baby please don't go'
The tail end of the first song I did, 'Baby please don't go' based on Rose Mitchell's version a bit slow and swampy at the Laanecoorie Music Convention. So much fun. Thanks Anita for capturing this. Same players - Ross Perry, rhythm guitars - Roy Webb and John, bass guitar is NOT Brad it's Keith and cajon is Graham.

'H***y Tonk Woman' by Kylie and the Pickles
The first song of the set and some nerves, 'H***y Tonk Woman' by Kylie and the Pickles at the Livin in the 70s gig on 12 October 2024. Players - lead guitar - Ross Perry, rhythm guitar - Roy Webb, bass guitar - Chris Jobson, keys - Mathew Underwood and drums - Whammo Ian.

yep...Using a simpler editing software for now, so the sound issues are pretty obvious. I miss reverb, oh I miss reverb and foldbacks. Its live, its outside and you just do it, hey!
