Introducing ourselves to the neighbours with a box of chocolates and a note is one of the 1st things we do on our projects.

It’s a small gesture that opens up opportunities for conversation and often leads to solid connections throughout the renovation. We really value having them as our ‘eyes and ears’ when we’re not on site. Comes in handy at times
