Magic Custard Impossible Pie

1 Cup Sugar, 1 Cup Coconut, 1/2 Cup Flour, 1/2 Cup melted Butter, 4x Eggs, Zest of 1 Lemon.

Mix well and bake in 180° oven for 50 minutes. Allow to cool before refrigerating. Serve cold
