Just wanted to say thank you to our friends and clients for really showing your support and sharing our family business page.
When I started in this industry 13 years ago, I was given a job pushing a broom as I had a car accident on the way to work and no one wanted to hire me. Since then I have worked hard and long hours to prove not only to everyone but myself that I can do this.
I have been promoted numerous times in the fabrication area of this industry and after 3 short years, I was the Factory Manager. I strived, fought hard, wanting to learn and keep improving. It was at that time I knew what I wanted and to do this I needed to learn all aspects of the job. I stepped down from Factory Manager and went into installation. From the years of determination and the knowledge I had gained, it wasn't long before I was installing full blown patio fit-outs and bi-fold sections on my own.
I was then given the opportunity to run the installations department, being able to share the knowledge and experience I had gained with newcomers to the industry. This position was really rewarding and I couldn't believe I had made it this far. Now I had achieved all of this and I wanted more and who doesn't lol. I ventured into sales which really wasn't my strong suit but I needed to learn everything. Within the first six months I was told by my employer that I had the highest selling percentage out of all the sales representatives.
I have learned so much over the last 13 years! I Have now decided its time to open my own company, using the knowledge gained over the years to provide quality and amazing service to the consumers. What I have achieved in my life time has come from long hours, dedication, the sheer will to succeed and I would like to pass my knowledge on to you guys.
