Exhibition offers a seemingly unmatched degustation experience laced with the precision and quality you would expect from the most premium omakase.

From the food itself to the presentation, everything felt incredibly deliberate and delicate. Each course was thoughtfully put together, with unique flavours, beautiful detail and plenty of little surprises along the way.

The people we get to meet.

This beautiful group of girls welcomed us into their celebration from the moment we arrived, and by the end of the afternoon, it honestly felt like we’d known them for years.

Introducing… The Table Edit.

A new series where Tom & I share the restaurants, cafés and food experiences we genuinely recommend.

First up: San Telmo, Brisbane.

From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, genuine and attentive without being over the top. Every dish was beautifully executed, but the standout for us was the steak (cooked over charcoal) and, surprisingly, that salad. It was one of those meals we’ll be talking about for a while.

A few years ago, Tom was beginning his career as a criminal lawyer. Both working full time in the Justice field, we had no business, no bookings and no idea what the future would look like. Just a vision board covered in food photos and a dream we couldn’t stop talking about.

Fast forward to today, and Tom’s Table has become something we once only imagined. We’ve had the privilege of cooking for birthdays, engagements, weddings and so many special celebrations across South East Queensland.
