• 5–6 large hollow chocolate eggs
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened (226 g)
• ½ cup powdered sugar (60 g)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream (240 ml)
• Crushed graham crackers (for base)
• Fresh berries or mini eggs (for topping)

INSTRUCTIONS
Carefully slice the top third off each chocolate egg using a warm knife. Set aside.
Add a small layer of crushed graham crackers into the bottom of each egg for a “crust.”
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into each chocolate egg.

• ½ cup buttermilk (120 ml)
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tbsp lemon zest
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the glaze:
• 1 cup powdered sugar (120 g)
• 2–3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch cake pan.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Alternate adding the dry ingredients and buttermilk, mixing just until combined.

• ½ cup granulated sugar (100g)
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

For topping:
• ½ cup salted caramel sauce
• Pinch of flaky sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press about 1 tablespoon into each liner to form the crust.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth and creamy.

• ½ cup mini chocolate chips
• 2–3 tbsp milk

For the cheesecake filling:
• 16 oz cream cheese, softened (452 g)
• ¾ cup granulated sugar (150 g)
• 2 large eggs
• ½ cup sour cream (120 g)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup mini chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a springform pan with parchment paper.
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, then press firmly into the pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes and let cool.
Make the cookie dough: cream butter and sugars until smooth. Add vanilla, then mix in heat-treated flour and milk. Fold in chocolate chips and roll into small pieces. Chill.

1¾ cups white baking chips (Ghirardelli recommended)
7 ounces marshmallow fluff

🤍 Lemon

½ cup half-and-half
⅓ cup heavy cream
