These Easter Egg Cheesecakes are almost too cute to eat… but way too creamy to resist 🐣

YIELD
Yield: 10–12 filled chocolate eggs
INGREDIENTS
• 5–6 large hollow chocolate eggs
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened (226 g)
• ½ cup powdered sugar (60 g)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream (240 ml)
• Crushed graham crackers (for base)
• Fresh berries or mini eggs (for topping)
INSTRUCTIONS
Carefully slice the top third off each chocolate egg using a warm knife. Set aside.
Add a small layer of crushed graham crackers into the bottom of each egg for a “crust.”
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into each chocolate egg.
Top with berries, mini eggs, or sprinkles.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving these adorable Easter Egg Cheesecakes.
