Leftovers, lazy dinner energy, and a glass of w**e while the Thermomix® does the actual work. This is my kind of night.

Used the cutter with the thick disc to slice up a pile of onions in seconds, then straight onto browning mode to let them caramelise low and slow. No standing over a pan, no stirring every two minutes, just gorgeous golden onions while I sat back and actually enjoyed my w**e.

Snags went into the air fryer, buns got loaded up, and that sweet sticky caramelised onion went on top. Ketchup optional, though clearly not optional in this house.

This is the kind of dinner I love showing people. Not fancy, not a big production, just a Thermomix® quietly doing the slow, fiddly bit so you get to enjoy your evening instead of babysitting a stove.
