I love doing demos 💚
Today Camille hosted such a fabulous group of ladies. I’m not sure who enjoyed the afternoon the most — me, or Camille and her guests 😊

Today we made Pizza Bianca, Mushroom Risotto & Mango Fruity Dream 😋

One thing I really love about Thermomix demos is how relaxed and flexible they can be. They don’t need to be big or formal — a demo can be as simple as a host and two guests, either in your home or even virtually, watching from the comfort of your chair.

And the quiche… well it started as the leek quiche recipe, but I may have done a little “Christine tweaking” 🤣🤣 I didn’t have tofu (and to be honest, I don’t actually like tofu 😂), so I changed the filling with what I had on hand — and it turned out absolutely delicious!

One of the things I love most about cooking with my Thermomix® is how easy it is to adapt recipes and still end up with something amazing 💚

What’s your favourite biscuit? 🍪💚

Today I made Peanut Butter Cookies and Hong Kong Bakery Butter Cookies with a little drizzle of chocolate 😋

Such simple recipes, although I’ll admit the Hong Kong biscuits were a bit tricky to pipe! The chocolate drizzle wasn’t part of the recipe either, but I thought I’d give it a go and I’m so happy with how they turned out 🤎

A few years ago I never would have attempted something like this, but having my Thermomix® really gives me the confidence to try new things. It makes recipes so much easier and achievable — even the ones that look fancy 😊

On my meal plan today was the Maple, Pecan & Banana Bread… but somehow that turned into the Only the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever instead 🤣🍪

Dinner was Cheddar Soda Bread Rolls with Sweetcorn & Potato Chowder — perfect comfort food for a cooler day 💛

And for once I only had to substitute a little zucchini for a carrot today 🤣

These little fluffballs absolutely made my day yesterday at a customer delivery 🐶💛

Anyone who knows me knows I am a total dog lover… so trying to leave without taking one home was very difficult 🤣🐾
