🤎 Sticky Date Pudding + Caramel Sauce!

The ultimate cosy dessert! 😍

I used the Cookidoo®️ recipe for the sticky date pudding and made my own easy dairy free caramel sauce to drizzle over the top.

✨ Dairy free caramel sauce
• 300g dairy free pouring cream (or regular cream)
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 60g dairy free butter (or regular butter)

8 mins | 100°C | Speed 2

Pour that warm caramel sauce over your pudding and serve with cream or ice cream for pure dessert heaven! 😍

🍫🌿 Peppermint Slice 🌿🍫

Dairy & egg free and SO delicious! 😍

Made in my TM7 using Manual Mode, coconut oil instead of butter and egg replacer, and it turned out beautifully! 💚

Next time I’ll add a little coconut oil to the chocolate topping so it slices without cracking.

Their TM7®️ arrived today and hubby wasted absolutely NO time getting into the kitchen!

First up… Mongolian Beef for his work lunches, Pizza Bianca and a delicious Pumpkin Soup.

I think it’s safe to say the TM7 is already getting a workout!

Another easy dinner tonight! 💚

I’m seriously loving the TM7®️ steaming tray. I can steam my chicken without all those juices running down over my veggies, keeping everything separate and perfectly cooked. 🙌🏼

Tonight’s simple meal was chicken breast coated in a little oil and Season All seasoning, steamed alongside our veggies, with a creamy mushroom sauce made in my Thermomix®️.

I cooked the mushroom sauce first, then popped it into my insulated jug to keep warm while the chicken and veggies cooked.

It’s such a handy little trick for keeping sauces, gravy, custard or anything liquid warm until you’re ready to serve.

Simple, easy and dinner on the table without the fuss! 💚
