We’re excited to share with you a full month of gratitude journaling for August. Whether you’re completely new to gratitude journaling or you’ve been taking part with us for a few months now, this is a great exercise to practice.

Gratitude journaling really helps us focus on the good in our lives and around us. Answer one idea every day for the whole month of August. You can journal any time you like, but if you can find a little time in the morning, that can work really well. Starting your day with gratitude journaling can really make a difference.

If you’re currently partaking in our July gratitude journaling, we hope it’s going well, and we’d love to see you again in August!

Tapping has deep roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine. And since many in our community are curious about the meridians we reference in Tapping we’ve created a beautiful PDF Guide that explores all 12 primary meridians, the organs they are traditionally associated with, and how they’re believed to reflect energy balance in the body and mind!

It’s a fascinating look at an ancient system that has inspired wellness practices for thousands of years!
