It's the little things.

After many years in the kitchen, we've learnt that good food isn't usually about doing something spectacular.

One thing I've learnt over the years is that people rarely remember every ingredient in a meal.

But they always remember how it made them feel.

Satisfied.

Comfortable.

Glad they chose it.

That's what I think about every time I stand behind the wok.

Not how clever the dish is.

Not whether it's fashionable.

Simply whether, when you finish your meal, you'll sit back and think...

"That was worth it."
