I have been so slack lately!!! Life has just been ridiculously busy & having my first grandchild in the mix, has made life so much better, but even busier!!! But I have had a few people saying they miss my posts, even though they a sporadic & I am not great with remembering.
But I still use my machine daily, if not 2 to 3 times some day. I make at least 2 loaves of bread a week & save over $10, as we are bread snobs & only like O’Donnell’s, which is over $5.50 a loaf.

Hi All,
I am terrible at sharing what I cook, as I forget & I’m also not very good at the technical part of sharing. But had a couple of friends over last night & I just love how easy it is to whip up a great meal & dessert.
We had Creamy Tuscan Prawn Linguine fom Skinny Mixers, a HUGE favourite in our house. Sorry, forgot photos, but if you havent tried it, you should. Skinnymixer recipes are the bomb!!

For dessert, I tried the Praline Cheesecake. It was so easy, it literally took 15 minutes if that & was also really yummy!!! I did remember some photos.

Happy New Year everyone, sorry I have been extremely quiet. I having been recovering from back surgery, but like usual my thermi has been a godsend.

Anyway, just wanted to tell you why I love mine so much. Hubby made some hollandaise sauce for breaky & I hate waste, so had 4 egg whites sitting on the bench. Hubby was going to give to the dog & I said no, I’ll make something with them.

So whipped up some mini pavlovas in less than 10 minutes. Got frustrated at 6pm, as had no vinegar & didn’t want to go to the shop, so Chat GBT substitute ideas. Had cream of tarter, so substituted it & they still turned out perfectly.
I substitute all the time & nearly 98% of the time, it is still perfect.
