This Massey 7620 in the Mid North was suffering from a bit of the AdBlues with a sensor fault. We custom tuned the Adblue completely out of it and gave it an extra 40hp to help it tow the Sonic boom in the hills.

This JD 8310R was struggling with running the speed tiller at a fast enough pace to get the job done properly. We remapped the engine focusing on increasing torque while also keeping fuel usage in mind. It now runs a gear higher and has power to spare keeping the tiller working more effectively and lowering the engine rpm and load.

Almond harvest is in full swing and keeping us busy again this year. This Kubota M5 shut down on its own and wouldn’t restart. Neil was able to quickly diagnose the issue and as you can see by the completely blocked DPF it’s no wonder why it shut down. We were able to remove the issue permanently in the almond row where it stopped and get it straight back to work knowing they will never have an issue again.

We recently carried out a full emissions delete on this Caterpillar 962m wheel loader. This customer only recently purchased the machine and was not a fan of having to put adblue in it when they don’t have anything else on the farm that uses it. So a full EGR, DPF and Adblue shutdown was carried out so they don’t have to carry Adblue and they know that they’re not going to have issues down the track with the EGR or DPF!
