Cake for Briannah’s 30th 🖤✨

A little “witches don’t age” magic for the birthday girl 🔮🌙

Deep burgundy, lots of gold, stars, sparkle and some very dramatic candles ✨ I used an inspo pic for this one and had a go at keeping the lettering hand-piped and whimsical — definitely still perfecting my piping, but I absolutely love how the whole cake came together.

Late-night cake decorating… which obviously means taste testing is compulsory 😂🍫🎂

Couldn’t possibly let all those cake offcuts go to waste, so naturally they became little mini cakes with chocolate buttercream and raspberry ❤️

The perks of having Mum up baking at ridiculous hours — Mykelti wakes up to her very own mini cake tomorrow 🥹😂

Quality control is a tough job, but someone has to do it. 👩‍🍳✨

A special one — celebrating my bonus daughter Mia turning 18 🩷
Vanilla cake with raspberry curd, pulled pork sliders, trifle dot cake and caramelised white chocolate mousse. Didn’t get photos of everything, but loved creating it all for her special night.

Pistachio & strawberry choux 🍓🌿
Filled with pistachio cream pâtissière and strawberry gel, topped with whipped white chocolate pistachio cream, strawberry gel and freeze dried strawberries. Finished with fresh strawberries for the perfect balance of creamy, crunchy and fresh 🤍
