I took the chance to create something inspired by the style of cake I would have loved to make for Mykelti, and it was so nice to spend time refining these techniques in such a creative space.

Last time the team asked “Where are the treats?”… so this time I’m showing up prepared!

🌹 Turkish Delight Cookies – chocolate chunks, rose petals, and this round they’re thinner & extra chewy after a new tray trial fail.
🍒 Black Forest Cookies – dark chocolate biscuit base, loaded with dark choc chips & sour cherries, finished with a sprinkle of raspberry powder to lift the tartness.

Can’t wait to see which ones disappear first 😉
