Some stairs have a little more character than others, and these certainly kept the boys on their toes!

Out with the old pink carpet and in with a fresh, modern look.

With this property getting ready to hit the market, a new carpet installation was just what it needed to help prepare the home for its next chapter.

It’s amazing the difference fresh carpet can make, especially on a staircase like this.

A little look behind the scenes at today’s hybrid flooring job.

Before the new flooring goes down, there’s plenty of preparation to be done.

Just another day on site for the FLRS Victoria team.

Would you believe there are tiles underneath this?

A fresh new look with 7mm SPC Hybrid Flooring in Light Sands, installed directly over the existing tiles.

Even better, this was for a returning customer. Having previously installed their carpets, it was lovely to be invited back to transform their floors too.

Adam taking you on a little walkthrough of the finished result.

It’s always lovely to be invited back!

We previously installed carpet for this customer, so it was wonderful to return and help with the next stage of their home.

This time, we’re installing 7mm SPC Hybrid Flooring in Light Sands, directly over the existing tiles.

One of the benefits of hybrid flooring is that, provided the existing tiles are suitable, there’s often no need to remove them first.

As a small family-run flooring business, repeat customers and recommendations really do mean the world to us.

Thanks again for trusting us with your home.

Stay tuned for the finished walkthrough!

A little more than just a flooring installation.

We recently had the pleasure of working alongside Sean and the team at Eclipse Property to bring their new office space to life with our beautiful 9mm SPC Hybrid Flooring in Nordic Oak.

There’s a lovely story behind this one.

When Adam and I were searching for our family home, we were recommended to Sean through a friend. With his help, we successfully purchased our home in Croydon North.

Fast forward to today, and we’ve built a wonderful working relationship with the Eclipse Property team, helping prepare properties for market with new flooring along the way.

So being trusted to install the flooring in their very own office was particularly special.

If you’re looking to purchase a property and would benefit from having someone knowledgeable and experienced in your corner, we couldn’t recommend Sean and the team at Eclipse Property highly enough. Their property advocacy services were invaluable to us throughout our home-buying journey, and the support we received was amazing.

A huge thank you to Sean and the entire team for your continued trust, support and recommendations. We genuinely appreciate it.

A lovely reminder of how supporting local businesses can come full circle.
