This week’s meal + snack inspo is here 🤎

A mix of easy family dinners and homemade snacks to keep things interesting without spending hours in the kitchen 🙌🏼

For dinner we’ve got Lala’s creamy lemon butter chicken, slow cooked pork with steamed buns, speedy bean & chorizo chilli, 15 minute noodles, Mongolian lamb hot pot, chicken & pesto risoni and beef stroganoff 🤤

And for snacks: raspberry crumble bars, zucchini fritters, 5 seed energy bars, eat your veggie gardens and apricot & carrot bliss balls👏🏼

ThermoFest 2026 is officially wrapped up, and I genuinely don’t know how to put the last 5 days into words 🥹✨

From dancing, drinks and meeting so many incredible like minded consultants and team leaders, to a conference packed with exciting updates, new MixShop releases and an offer coming that is SO good, it’s been a whirlwind.

I chose the cultural food tour for our activity on Thermofest, wandering the streets of Singapore, trying incredible food and learning about the culture along the way. 🇸🇬

And then we finished with the most incredible Gala at Gardens by the Bay🌸

A night celebrating so many amazing people and somehow, I was one of them. Getting to walk up and collect my DSA Emerging Consultant of the Year award was a moment I’ll never forget🏆🥹

We danced, wandered through the gardens and finished the night watching the incredible light show. It honestly felt surreal.

But as amazing as all of that was, I think what I’ll take away from these 5 days is just how incredibly grateful I am.

Grateful for this business.
Grateful for the people I’ve met.
Grateful for the opportunities I’ve been given.
And grateful that 18 months ago, I was brave enough to say yes.

Because that one yes changed my life.

I had no idea where it would take me. I certainly never imagined I’d be standing in Singapore, surrounded by people who have become friends, celebrating an award I never expected to win, and experiencing things I once would have thought were completely out of reach.

And honestly, I’m still in shock that this is my life.

Sometimes you just have to take the chance before you know exactly where it’s going to lead.

And maybe you’re reading this thinking, “Could I actually do something like this?” Maybe you can.

So, who’s coming with me next year? 🥹✨

Well, Dream Trip is officially wrapped up and the only thing I have to say is WOW. ✨

Two beautiful nights at Marina Bay Sands, two incredible evenings being completely wined and dined. We’re talking caviar, freshly shucked oysters, wagyu steak, a Michelin starred dinner, the works. And then the gifts we received too. Gobsmacked. 🥹

We have been SO spoilt, and it’s truly been a trip of a lifetime.

I earned this trip during my qualification to become a Team Leader, and now I’m working hard to build a team I can be proud of and to make sure they’re proud of me in return.

This business has opened doors and created opportunities I never could have dreamed possible.

Forever grateful for Thermomix and everything this business has brought into my life 🤎

And now, we’re moving onto two nights in Sentosa for the annual Thermofest! 🇸🇬
