Tonight’s meals featured my Thermomix. I started by baking banana muffins and mini loaves in the TM6, while the TM7 was used to prepare sticky date pudding. One of my favourite features is the cleaning button, which lets me easily rinse the bowl between tasks. Then, I made prawn risotto in the TM7 and a pumpkin and bacon risotto in the TM6.

I really love this product, and I don’t think my family could manage without it—whether steaming vegetables, boiling water, or cooking eggs for breakfast, all in one device. It helps save time and reduces the washing up. these machines are so used and friendly that my youngest has been using one since she was six and that was a TM31 when you had to follow a recipe from a book. I look forward to earning another TM7 or getting my second bowl, which I already have with my TM6.
