We’re back home and open for business once again! And we are so excited to find that our cymbidium orchids, like the one pictured, are all in full bloom.
Our little online-only business is operated by just the two of us…my husband, Phil, and me, Heather aka Tuppence. Phil is the person who wraps your orders so beautifully and takes them to the Post Office. I run the business, order the stock, process customer orders, etc. We love what we do and work together as a perfect team.
We live in the small country town of Donnybrook, population 3,000, 215km south of Perth, in Western Australia. Apart from its beautiful scenery, our region is famous for its farming…orchards that produce stone fruit, apples, pears, citrus, nuts, etc., vineyards, wineries, distilleries, breweries, truffle farms, lavender and flower farms, boutique restaurants, marron (local freshwater crayfish)farms, dairy farms, beef cattle, sheep, and last but not least…galleries offering works by local artists and artisans, antique shops, etc. It would be fair to say that our neck of the woods that adjoins the beautiful picturesque Ferguson Valley is one of Australia’s best kept secrets.
We can now tell you that our shop closure and extended break that began in mid May, was necessary so that Phil could undergo emergency surgery and radiation treatment for cancer. Thankfully Phi is now on the long road to recovery.
A huge thank you to the amazing team at Fiona Stanley Hospital who have cared for Phil, and to PATS and the Cancer Foundation who provide accommodation, transport and other services to country patients such as ourselves, when they need to leave their homes, sometimes for several months, in order to receive life saving treatment only available in the city.
To those generous Australians who Have given their time to raise funds for, or have donated money to the Cancer Foundation and to cancer research, thank you!
And we are so very grateful to our wonderful family who have supported us in so very many ways during Phil’s cancer journey. Thank you my darlings. ❤️

We ship to customers in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Canada, and the UK. No US deliveries will be accepted at present because of the tariffs.
