Do you spend ages making large quantities of jam and stirring the pan constantly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.

Never again, with a Thermomix® I added ingredients and put on cook for 45” and I ended up with almost 2 jars of jam, no standing there stirring for me, the Thermomix® does the stirring for you. Just make sure you have frozen fruit in the freezer and you can make it any time.
