Hello, my name is Erica and I am in Geelong, Vic. I am a nurse by trade but have found myself on a journey of discovery involving ways to improve health.
This journey has exposed me to the wonders of gut health and lead me to study my degree in Nutrition.
A Thermomix has been something I have wanted to have for such a long time. I watched friends showing the amazing results of owning one and finally invested in one.
I decided the combination of Nutrition and Thermomix are a perfect match and so became a Consultant.
