Collective Hens is having a little break this weekend while they’re away, so there’ll be no sneaky Saturday delivery this time around. 😢😂

BUT… don’t panic! Doughsephine isn’t going completely quiet. 👀🥖

Doughsephine is feeling a little mischievous and is thinking about firing up the ovens THIS SATURDAY! 😏

I’ll be dropping off some fresh Doughsephine goodies at 9.30am — because apparently I just can’t stay away! 😂

So if you’re out and about tomorrow, pop into Collective Hens and see what goodies have made it into the sneaky delivery. 🍞🥯🧁

🍞 **DOUGHSEPHINE BAKE DAY IS TOMORROW!** 🍞

We’re keeping things a little smaller this time around because apparently I have to go and work at my *actual* job too… rude. 😂

So tomorrow will be a **one-day-only bake**, with a limited selection of Doughsephine goodies:

🍞 Sourdough loaves
🧁 Muffins
🥨 Sourdough crackers
…and whatever other delicious mischief I manage to get done!

There won’t be quite as much as a full bake week, so if you’ve had your eye on something, **don’t hang around too long!** 👀

Thank you as always for supporting my little Doughsephine adventure while I juggle baking, working and trying to convince my starter that *I* am in charge. 😂

We’re all set up and, quite frankly, there is **WAY too much yummy goodness here for me to be taking it all home** 😂

We’ve got **sourdough loaves, muffins, bagels, crackers, jams, butters, icing** and plenty more deliciousness waiting for you!

So please… come and help me with my very serious problem of **not wanting to pack any of this back into the car**. 🤣

Doughsephine has been busy getting ready for **High Tea Market Day at Collective Hens** and she’s very excited to get out of the kitchen! 😂🥖

Just a little heads-up — **sales will start from 9:30am and I won’t be holding anything aside**, so if there’s something you’ve got your eye on, you’ll need to be there to snap it up! 👀😂

Doughsephine is officially in training for **Saturday’s Market Day at Collective Hens**… and she’s taking it VERY seriously. 😂

Two bowls of dough, a fully loaded starter and one very busy kitchen — she’s clearly decided we need to be ready for the big day! 💪🤣

So while Doughsephine gets her workout in, I’ll be busy turning all this doughy goodness into something yummy for you! 🥖🥯🩷

Doughsephine is putting on her best frock (okay… maybe just a clean apron 😂) and heading to **Collective Hens this Saturday for High Tea Market Day!** 🌸
