Lala’s creamy lemon butter chicken served with mash and steamed veggies. This is the first time I’ve ever made this recipe and I’m wishing I hadn’t waited so long because it is delicious and easy to make. We will definitely make it again another night. I subbed the chicken thigh for chicken breast because that what I prefer and I thought it still turned out great! 🤤

Weet-bix slice and better banana cake ready to go for the kids lunchboxes this week. I can’t remember the last time I made or even ate weet-bix slice! The kids tend to love anything with sprinkles so I’m sure it will be a hit. I’m hoping they will also love the banana cake with the lemon and cream cheese icing.

Pancake traybake for the kiddos this morning because I didn’t feel like doing individual pancakes 😂 This was surprisingly the first time I’ve tried this method and I’m not sure why I haven’t made it this way before because it’s quicker and so much less effort plus the kids loved it! I sprinkled choc chips on top before I put it in the oven so they didn’t all just sink to the bottom but you can put whatever you please in yours or just leave it plain and top it when serving 😃

Finally tested out this protein shake recipe that I came across a while ago. I did leave out the optional egg (even though that would be a big part of the protein 😂) because I cannot bring myself to have raw egg in anything! I really enjoyed this one! I replaced the linseeds and sunflower seeds with LSA as that’s what I had in the pantry and it was delicious!! I will definitely be making this one again. 😃

High protein chicken parmi hot pockets 🤤 served with some mash and steamed veg. They were absolutely delicious!! I recently found this recipe on cookidoo and thought it looked worth a try. It was surprisingly easy to make even though you have to prepare the chicken pockets from scratch. You could tell which pocket I made first…. 😂 I will definitely make these again another night!!
