I had some beef mince that needed to be used so I decided it would be quick and easy to mix up some savoury mince and serve it with a potato and pumpkin mash for a complete meal. It was a perfect dinner with the cooler weather.

The kids love picking out their toppings and creating their own delicious pizzas exactly how they like them 😃🤤 the pizzas are always perfect when you make them yourself and you don’t have to worry about over paying for a half topped pizza!

Porcupine rissoles 🤤 I did a quick dash home between sport to mix these up in the TM7 for an easy and delicious dinner. I mixed some frozen veg in with the meatballs when they were close to done and served it with some frozen potato chips cooked in the oven because I couldn’t have been stuffed doing anything else 😂

Biscuit chicken pot pie 🤗 this is a great recipe for the cooler weather! I made multiple smaller biscuits rather than less bigger ones because of the size/shape of my dish and they turned out great!! You can also change the portion amount for this recipe making it even more appealing for different size families 😃
