My Thermomix Journey

Cathy is a Mum of 4 girls, 2 of which are Coeliac. Her husband John recently had a massive heart attack and Cardiac Arrest at the age of 47. After 40 mins of CPR they are extremely lucky to have him with them and she determined to keep him healthy!! Cathy's love of the Thermomix, helps her create delicious meals for her 2 "silly yaks" (coeliacs) and her "broken hearted" husband! She continues to improve their diet and share her journey on the way!
