1. Ancient beginnings- candles have been traced back to Egypt and Rome, where they were made from tallow (animal fat) and used for various purposes

2. Wax Wonders- paraffin wax is commonly used in candles today, however they can be made from soy, beeswax and even gel. Okay each wax has its unique qualities.
