Absent for a few weeks. In South Aus visiting my Son and Fiancee and nursing a broken wrist 🤨no Thermomix so no cooking for me...got lots of servants looking after me 🤩

I don't like milk, never have. I don't even like the smell of it especially in somebody's cup of tea. Weird I know but I like cream, yogurt & cheese. Talking with a foodie friend at a demo he encouraged me to try his homemade Soy Milk. I'm a convert. This is NOT the recipe he makes but the basics are the same. He does not use sugar but an alternative. HAPPY to share with you if interested or better still why not book a demo my place or yours and we can make together. So easy to make, healthy & so much more economical than buying brought alternative milks.

I do not like milk, never had, not even as a child. Yesterday I discovered I like Soy Milk (homemade of course and thanks to a friends encouragement to try it) This is the basic recipe but we added some extra "tweaks" and we do not add sugar.

I don't like milk, never have even as a young child. However I like Certain Yogurts (Usually make my own) Cheese & even cream. Can't abide custard especially cold as in a cream slice UCK! However, I have discovered Homemade Soy Milk. Just made my first batch with a few additions to the recipe. It tastes so different to the cartons you buy and soooooo much cheaper and easy to make!. I added some steamed Bok Choy to my dish. P.S. Reduce the chili's in the sauce to serve.

Last nights dinner and very tasty too. Delicious soft silky chicken and I have enough rice & chicken to make a stir fry for another evening. Checkout Hianese Chicken in Cookidoo.

Had some left over chook in the fridge, some mushrooms, some chicken stock & basics ie: ginger, onion and a tin of creamed corn. Made this very tasty chicken soup from scratch. Use your manual cooking modes have fun and create. Added a little sesame at the end. A lovely bowl for lunches throughout the week.P.S the photo does not do it justice. #
