I pack my lunch every single day of the week, without fail.
Prepping lunches every Monday is an absolute game changer and makes my mornings much less chaotic
And to be completely honest, prepping it in my Thermomix absolutely takes the pressure off.
It takes me a maximum of 5 minutes to peel and cut my potato and get the frozen veggies out of the freezer
I then don’t have to manually check if it’s cooked, it is perfect every time
And then mashing potatoes, you’ll never catch me mashing them ever again!

I then cook meat and put it into containers.
