🥕🧅 Today I made a batch of homemade chicken stock paste using scrappy veggies that would have otherwise ended up in the bin. ♻️

Not only did I end up with a beautiful stock paste full of real ingredients, but I also added 1L of water to the bowl afterwards and blended up all the leftovers into a liquid chicken stock ready for soup later this week. 🍲✨

I love finding ways to reduce food waste and get the most out of every ingredient. 💚 Knowing exactly what’s in the food I feed my family gives me so much peace of mind l, no long lists of preservatives, additives or numbers I can’t pronounce, just real food made from real ingredients. 🌱

The perfect winter warmer, packed with flavour and made from real ingredients. There’s just something so satisfying about a hearty home-cooked meal on a cold night.

Nothing beats real food. 💚

Looking back through my camera roll, it’s amazing to see just how many different dishes I’ve made over the past few months. 🍞🍝🍰🥘

If it wasn’t for my Thermomix®, I honestly wouldn’t have attempted at least half of them. Having step-by-step guidance, all-in-one functionality, and the confidence to try something new has completely changed the way I cook.

From everyday family meals to recipes I never thought I’d make from scratch, it’s been a fun (and delicious!) journey.

I’ve been craving mashed potatoes for a few days now, and tonight I finally got around to making them! 🥔✨

The mash from my Thermomix® is hands down the best mashed potato I’ve ever eaten. Creamy, fluffy, and perfectly cooked every time. It’s one of those simple recipes that never disappoints.

If you haven’t tried Thermomix® mashed potatoes yet, I highly recommend adding it to your meal plan this week!
