Jodi’s Pastries will be at the South West Rocks Beachside Markets this Saturday!
I normally don’t sell anything with cream at Markets but on Saturday I will be.
Which one out of the three you would like to see this weekend?
👑 Swedish princess cake slices- Three layer sponge cake slice with vanilla cream custard, raspberry compote and diplomat cream , covered in classic green marzipan.

💞Meringue nest with pistachio white chocolate ganache, mixed berry compote and diplomat cream.

🥮 Budapest roll- Hazelnut meringue roll with seasonal berries, mandarine and whipped cream.

For those who follow Gladstone Market fb page, the market has been cancelled tomorrow due to weather.
I have prepped for my buns for tomorow and I don’t want to see it going to waste, want to know if people would be interested to pre order and I can meet you at Kempsey between 8:30-9am and Gladstone tomorow at 10am to 10:30 to collect your items. Otherwise I will be at the markets next month 🙏
