Tonight Mr Mixmaster wanted to make “his” curried sausages ..… it’s a family recipe thing 😃

Anyway, normally there’s pots and pans and potato mashers and stuff everywhere, so tonight we compromised and I made the rice and the mash in the thermi and all he had to do was cook up the curry snags on the stove 😂
That’s a big WIN for my after dinner clean up 🤩

Much easier to cook up, much easier to clean up 💚 …especially when thermi does his own pre clean too 👏🏻

Waaayyyyy cheaper than store bought, no preservatives, and they taste fresh and amazing 🤩

So for a little bit of time cooking them up, I’ve got naan for dinner tonight, plus freezer stash for another 4 curry meals down the track 👍🏻💚

I definitely put too much onion in the paprika sauce… I used a very big one 🤦‍♀️ but it was still a good, tasty meal 💚

A really quick recipe with not too many ingredients. You can cook up the sauce, pop it in the oven and make some smash, mash, or rice while it’s cooking…very very easy meal 👌🏻
