This was a lot of work for a small apartment, the concrete slab was extremely out of level ( pictures at the end )
Spent Over 8 hours continuously grinding down the slab so that it meets manufacturing requirements ! Over 200kg of concrete removed from a 40m2 apartment.

This is an old house in attadale, customer wanted to freshen it up before later knocking it down in a few years.

Lots of prep went into this one which was done by Level Tec.

This is 100hr waterproof 8mm laminate. Installed 92mm skirting in sections where the old skirting was to damaged to fix.
