I’m still here 😂 just super busy, it doesn’t seem to slow down!
Both thermis are still working hard though. I really love being able to cook/make staples from scratch, it saves me so much money and we don’t eat all the nasty preservatives and additives!! That means the kids behaviour is much better and we all feel good 🤩

I made some flour tortillas, which won’t last long as everyone loves them haha, chocolate choc chip muffins, loaf of bread (not pictured) and also cooked Skinnymixers butter chicken 😍 I did a double batch so that will serve us for 2 meals! One lot will go in the freezer for a easy tea 💜

More ricotta made yesterday to make more spinach and feta triangles, these are a hit so will be a regular here 😍
Also made oat bar slice (free Skinnymixers recipe) and Mez’s sticky date tea loaf, should have us sorted for the week as I still have chocolate slice left over from last week!

I also love how I can have multiple timers set on the TM7 🤩 I had 3 set at one stage, it makes life so much easier, what a brilliant thing to add to such a wonderful machine 💜

Today I realised I had spinach and feta plus pastry that needed using. Now I will admit that this recipe wasn’t a Thermi recipe I still used it! I made my own ricotta as it’s a 30min drive to the shops (and I’m unorganised haha) the used Thermi to mix everything together!
Yum! I had 2 for lunch, no doubt the kid will demolish the left overs when they get home 🤣
I will never buy spinach and feta triangles again!

I always seem to be apologising for not being present much, truth is, life has been crazy, super busy which means I’m exhausted mentally and physically.
BUT it doesn’t mean I haven’t been cooking, I still use my thermi most days, sometimes multiple times a day!
Today I made a few things. I did Skinnymixers American style burgers for my sons lunches (make them into hamburgers), lemon drizzle cake, beef-ragout with macaroni and cheesy broccoli pots 💜
All so delicious 🤤

It’s been crazy busy, although I have been using Thermi every day I just haven’t had time to even take a snap shot of what we have been eating 🙈
But tonight was a little slower thankfully so lasagne for tea and then fresh bread and fresh raspberry jam for breakfast tomorrow 💜
Makes me so happy to be able to make these things from scratch, no nasty preservatives or hidden additives!

Open cooking 😍 this is pretty cool! I can taste as I go without hang to remove the lid 👌 definitely a game changer!!
