Just a little reminder with this rain coming in over the next couple of days. This pool had been empty for a number of months and with the sudden rain event last week popped OUT of the ground by 150-200mm at the shallow end. The pool is located at Shailer Park Qld and is on a hill - so receiving water from their neighbors properties which is all going under and around the pool and has floated it like a boat! Please don’t leave your pool empty for extended periods - and if it is and weather is coming throw the hose in it to put some water in it to weigh it down. This is just heartbreaking for the owners. A concrete pool just like a fibreglass pool can
pop out if the ground from hydrostatic pressure.

To all of our liner customers that may have had pools inundated with water please reach out we are here to help. FIRSTLY - take photos for insurance purposes before you go cleaning up - they will need to see the pool at its worst to determine what has caused it - like a trampoline or tree in the pool, or like the pool below with a heap of water under the liner. Give us a call / email/ FB message and one of the team will be able to help out over the next couple of days. And don’t forget we can also get you back up and running with new equipment if you need it - pumps / chlorinators / filters / cleaners ……..we have you covered 😊

What a mammoth job this one has been! Our first pure white liner “Aqualux Whitehaven” and definitely not an easy straightforward pool! Only 4m x 4m but 3.6m deep with a 1.5m viewing window. Can’t wait to see the end result once the water has filtered for a few days ……..watch this space! Definitely hell week in the run up to Christmas and a fantastic job done by the team 🤩
