Cyclone 🌀 Alfred, it has been quite the wild ride. Our power was restored but it hasn’t stopped raining yet, so I decided I wanted to finally crack open my copy of from and just do some mindful activity. This exercise was perfect!

I hope you’re ok where you are! I have friends who have lost part of their roof but are too far to safely reach with flooded roads between us.
