This zucchini slice was super easy and now it’s sorted my healthy lunch prep for part of the week 🥒

Everything was done in the Thermomix — grated the cheese and zucchini, sautéed the onion and bacon, then combined it all together. We couldn’t wait to try it as soon as it came out of the oven… something so simple yet so delicious! 😍
