🔥🐷 BBQ BARN YARD WEDNESDAY! 🐷🔥

Wednesday means one thing around here… TIME FOR ANOTHER BARN YARD COOK UP!

Today we grabbed a pork tenderloin straight from the meat fridges here at The BBQ Barn and turned it into some seriously tasty…

🍿🐷 POPCORN PORK?! 🤯🔥

We cut the pork into bite-sized pieces, coated them in Atomic Chicken Southern Fried Chicken Coating, then deep fried them until crispy and golden brown! 🤤👌

Then to finish them off, we gave them a good hit of Atomic Chicken Salt! 💥

💯 Bloody delicious!

These were an absolute HIT and definitely something you need to try at home!

Happy Cluck’n Roosters Day.

To all the roosters out there, the ones who taught us to light coals right, flip the chicken thigh’s without losing an eyebrow, and build the best chicken burger like a legend, today’s for you.

Unfortunately not everyone’s got one, so if a mum, uncle, a coach, or a mate’s old man filled that spot at the barbie instead, today’s theirs too.

Whoever earned it, we hope your table’s full, the drinks are cold, and the flavour’s properly Atomic.

👑 KING OF THE CLUB 👑
This absolute winner was made with Atomic Chicken schnitzel coating, stacked into a proper club sandwich and loaded with all the good stuff.
A throwback to Rissa’s all-time favourite hangover cure… although this one’s worth feeling dusty for even when you’re not. 😂🔥

🔥🥭 Chicken ribs, but make them bloody good!

We marinated some chicken ribs in Atomic Chicken NEW BBQ Honey Mango Sauce, then loaded up the CLD Fabrication Extra Large Chimney with lump charcoal 🔥

A little help from the 2jsbrewandq charcoal shovel, then lit up with our new jet lighter.

Here’s where it gets cool 👀🔥
We grabbed the TurboJet Pro Blower and got that chimney RED HOT in no time!

Then straight onto our stainless smash plate, gave those ribs some gnarly caramelised bits with the marinade, and finished them off on the The Australian Brisket Board™️ with one final drizzle 🤤
